Place form at the side of quick launch in task bar

I want to place my search bar with a button just the right side of "Quick Launch" in Windows XP Task Bar. How to size and place my form to that location? I am writing my program in VB.Net 2008 Express Edition

actually I am writing code in VB.Net. I have no idea about VC. Can you give me any link in VB.Net or C#?
