Hi i want to send a mail when user clicks submit buttom please help me wat are the steps to be followed  and also please help me in hw to set up a mail serverin my local computer.

Mail can be tsent to any mailid(gmail, yahoo etc)

Please suggest me step by step as i am trying this for first time.
