This happend because of a software that has been recently installed like antispam system that are not compatibale with exchange

Just reinstall it and everything should work fine

HI!

One of the most common casue could be the anti-virus also.

follow this instructions:
Disable the virus scanning software and in the registry also.
hklm\system\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\Security\VirusScan
go to key virus scan and change "Enabled" dword from 1 to 0.
similarly change proactive scanning  from 1 to 0.
and background scanning from 1 to 0.
Restart the services.

let me know.

Thanks.

HI!

Isinteg command is :

d:\bin>isinteg -s server1-fix -test alltests

you should be in bin directory in command prompt and run this command "isinteg -s server1-fix -test alltests" (without quotes).

Thanks

Thanks   jawad1481

it turned out to be the virusscan entry in the regestry that you directed me to earlier
hklm\system\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\Security\VirusScan
go to key virus scan and change "Enabled" dword from 1 to 0.

At first there was no dword value,  but I exported virus scan from  from security  and  up she goes,  information store back on line, thanks
