Wireless audio bridge for watching TV with analog headphones

Example:
I would plug one end into the analog headphone jack of a TV, the other end of the bridge I would connect to analog headphones.

When I search for this I get some large boxes that doesn't seem adequate for the use I described above.  Perhaps its a question about TERMINOLOGY?

Other variations are headsets with microphone and combinations with Bluetooth / USB.

You could try Sony's Blutooth or simiilar or just Google for "small wireless audio transmitter/receiver".

Are you talking about wireless headphones that plug into the headphone jack of your TV set? Then try the Sennheizer wireless headphones.
If you want to use your own headphones,http://www.coolest-gadgets.com/20060725/24ghz-wireless-audio-transmitter/ use this device:

The second options.
The item showed in the picture is smaller than the others I have seen, but it is still seems quite bulky with power/USB connection.

It shouldn't need to be much bigger than a USB radio, even with batteries.
