How to remove pink highlighted text in Outlook when composing emails

Would some kind soul point me in the correct direction regarding the removal of the pink highlight text in new emails.  See the screenchot attached, can anyone explain the relevance of it also?

from the looks of it i would hazard a guess that you are using a form for new emails can you get me a screen shot of the tools and forms menu please

Hi just locate the option here:

Tools / options / mail format / editor options / proofing / autoCorrect Options / smart tags and uncheck:
"Label text with smart tags" This shoud do.

I simply re-created the signature in the end and all was well.

CTRL+SHIFT+X will turn on / off the pink XML Tags.
