Have you checked that the URL you are using appears as a host header in the web site of your CRM server?

You must put port number  in the router  or ISA server

you must have specified only ip address not the port number '

I've reinstalled the CRM and used the same database but this time i've installed it by creating the website first and then doing the install using that website.

After that using IFD tool i configured the CRM and now everything works fine.

Thanks for all your help.
