Windows 2008 xp client firewall GPO

what are the exact steps to disable the windows xp client firewall on a 2008 Small Business Server?  The box is greyed out on the XP machine firewall settings , so you cannot turn it off.

The default firewall policy is managed by the Windows SBS Client - Windows XP Policy GPO under the SBSComputers OU in the Group Policy Management Console.

It should be left on and any custom application port needs can be added to the policy to keep the systems protected.
