Error code 0000007a, parameter1 c03dd00c, parameter2 c000000e, parameter3 f740311e, parameter4 77aa9860.

EventID 1003.

Here's what the MS Help and Support center reports:

any clue to what these error code numbers mean:

Details
Product: Windows Operating System
ID: 1003
Source: System Error
Version: 5.2
Symbolic Name: ER_KRNLCRASH_LOG
Message: Error code %1, parameter1 %2, parameter2 %3, parameter3 %4, parameter4 %5.

Explanation
A blue screen (Stop error) was reported. The message contains details about the error. A matching event with Event ID 1001 might also appear in the event log. This matching event displays information about the specific error that occurred.

User Action
No user action is required

The server has been freezing on a regular basis as of late. It's first time i got an error message in System section of Event Viewer. I believe it's related to the crashes

This is one of the issues where a system admin is next to helpless with regards to knowing the root cause.
here is what I would do to troubleshoot it .
-ensure all Windows updates are installed.
-ensure all hardware drivers are most updated.
- ensure there is no overheating issue .
- ensure there is no RAM corruption using Windows memory diagnostics tool or memtest (both will require server downime)
- go through event logs for any patterns or similar /suspicious events (disk errors / IO errors, services crashing , etc..)
- make sure your system has the recomened page file size.
- find the Memory.dmp file in the C:\windows foler, rename to .txt , zip it  (if it is largish)& post here.
