DNS displaydns not showing records

When i do a
ipconfig /displaydns > C:\dnscache.txt

i get an output.

if i then surf the web, connect to fqdn stuff, etc and run the command again, the new records are no where to be found.  it appears to only static records from my hosts file.

Are the results incomplete or not there? See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934401 for incomplete.
What is installed on the machine (Antispyware/Antimalware, Firewall, Etc.)? Is it just this machine or others?

My antispam ware was populating the file so only the beginning entries were showing.
