Adding a global logo/signature for outbound emails

I want to find a way to globaly add a company logo to all outbound emails. Currently, our ISP has a plain text message banner that we can add. This is currently in use but does not allow logos.
We use Exchange server 2003 (front & back end) and wish to add a componay logo to show our brand. We still wish to retain the ability for individual users to add their own signatures via their Outlook client (Office 2003).
Does anyone know an easy way to add a logo, any restrictions and/or 3rd party cheap, reliable software that can achieve this?
Preferable if scripting is not required.
