ordinal 2821 could not be located

Followed accepted solution by tamintl dated 04/25/08 but when I tried installing Win32 OpenSSL, I received a setup error that read: "The Win32 OpenSSL Installation Project setup has detected that the following critical component is missing: Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributables.  Win32 OpenSSl will not function properly without this component. It is recommended that you install the missing component before clicking "OK" to continue. How and from where would I do this?
