I am listing steps based on WG software version 8.x or higher; in Policy Manager, go to Edit->Add Policy; click New; specify name; leave Type to "packet filter"; click Add; under type leave "Single Port"; under Protocol select appropriate port TCP or UDP as the case may be; under server port specify 65100; click OK.
Now select the template create above and click Add [I am assuming you need to allow the ports to an incoming server hosted behind firewall on the trusted network], configure service as:
Allowed; from ANY [or specific client IP/subnet]; to click Add->Add NAT->specify internal server IP; click OK all the way back.

Save settings to firebox.

Thank you.
