Disable Web Interface login on PS 4.5

Is it possible to totally disable a particular group of users to login through Citrix Web interface. I using PS 4.5 and I have already disabled their access under Terminal Services Configuration -> TCA-tcp / RDP-Tcp. However, they could still login through the Web interface, although they could see any application icon as they have been given any access. Any idea ?

There is no way to do that as Citrix Web Interface works on Microsoft IIS and there is no way to restrict users login in Web Interface. I don't think there is anyway exist in IIS to do it.
