Opening user other mailbox?

I have a set of users that need to open mailboxes not theirs so gave them permissions to in exchange under delivery options and I granted different users to open different mailboxes on RDP sessions. For the first time when the user open outlook and point to exchange server name then the mailbox that I give him/her permissions to open another popup window open for credentials when the user has to put domain name\user name and password. My questions is can the user just open another mailbox and I gave him/her permissions to without credentials&etc

Give the permissions to the users on the mailbox under Exchange Advanced > Mailbox Rights.
i dont think so, but im not sure,

Just create a user (test) in Active directory with maailbox. login in as test, open outlook as "test" and then open other users mailboxes. (give "test" the rights in AD)

hope it helps

You need to grant the permission "Full Mailbox Access" if the user needs to open a mailbox and the permission "Send As" if the user needs to send email as that additional mailbox.
After making the change it is not live, Exchange caches permissions for a couple of hours, so if you want the change to take effect immediately then you need to restart the information store.
