Ok do the following
First of all backup all data on stripe disk. This is because when you break stripe you will loose every thing that is saved on stripe disk.
Go to disk management and try to break stripe. I am not sure but your system will become unstable or it may not respond atall as you will be loosing stripe which has windows installation also.
The second option is start new installation of windows by putting installation cd and perform fresh installation.
Restore all your data and reinstall all application that is required by you.
Once this is done from disk manager you can create RAID-1 or mirror which will provide you what you are looking at.
any help required please post.

Ok
In this case. Just backup whatever is there on this stripe disk. Then go to disk management and right click on strip and delete it.
Post delete of stripe, disks will be seprate. On same disk right click and select RAID-1 and add second hard drive which will allow you to replicate data to second disk.
