I would like to know if it is possible to use the prtscrn facility in Citrix, copying screen or active window, and then pasting back to the desktop environment (local machine).
At the moment I can only, sometimes, print full screen and not any active windows.  Is there a way of configuring certain keys within Citrix?

Thanks

Hi, Best way is to define a key for printscreen: - http://support.citrix.com/article/ctx113344
Create a keyboard shortcut by assigning a key value to a registry key. To do so:

On the client system, change the value of the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Configuration\Advanced\Modules\WFClient
Value Name: ICAPrntScrnKey
Type: REG_SZ
Value: <value>

For example, the Print Screen function in the ICA session has been assigned to the F12 key
