Will Windows Server Backup for 2008 R2 run on Server 2008 SP1?

I understand that running a scheduled backup to a remote share is available in Windows Server 2008 R2.  Is there any way to use/install the R2 Windows Server Backup on a straight 2008 box?

This is just temporary until I upgrade my backup server so I already plan on using a third party backup application.

Thanks.

I suspect not, since R2 (and Win7) have made dramatic changes to the image-based portion of the backup/restore feature.
On the other hand, feel free to try it and tell us here if it works!

Well, I was able to do most of what I wanted with the command line.  Thanks anyway.
