I HAVE AN IBM 9513-AG1 MONITOR, AND ALL I GET WHEN I PLUG IT IN, IS THE FLASHING AMBER LIGHT.

I AM WORKING ON A MONITOR, IBM 9513-AG1, AND WHEN I PLUG IT IN, ALL I GET IS FLASHING AMBER LIGHT. I KNOW THAT USUALLY MEANS BAD CAPS, BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE. I HAD GOTTEN IT TO WORK BEFORE, BUT HAVE NOT WORKED ON IT IN A LONG TIME. COULD SOMEONE HELP DETERMINE THE PROBLEM? THANKS!

You're going to have to describe more testing.  Did you try with the VGA connector as well as DVI, if it has both? (there's very little info on it)  If it has a power adapter, did you test it or try a different one that has the same voltage and at least as much current?  A flashing amber light usually means it doesn't detect a signal, so try a different video cable and computer.
