IE8/Vista  - Internet Installation did not Complete

Hi,

I am trying to install IE8 on Vista Business SP2. I get an an error message mid way through to say Internet installation did not complete - please resetart your computer so setup can change any changes that were made

I have disabled all add ons.

I am currently on IE7.

Any ideas please?
