Find Web based Outlook service

I'm getting really tired dealing with Outlook issues.  Does anyone know a reliable service that will run, backup a web-based Outlook?  I also want to make sure that it's well support with US-based support.  I don't mind paying good $ for this service but I need top quality support and service.  Thx.

Web based Outlook? Outlook is a client application, it only runs on a PC. There is obviously the Web Access client but that doesn't stop you having to back things up.

There are a number of options if you want to relieve yourself of some Outlook troubleshooting tasks. But it depends what you want:

Do you mean a hosted server? Run by someone else but which you have access to? A hosting company only hosts the server and keeps it online. You would still hve to manage it, that includes backups and still having Outlook clients conecting to it.

Or would you be happier with a fully web based e-mail solution? Your clients would connect through a browser and you wouldn't have to touch a thing. Backups/archiving/indexing etc all done by the supplier.

I recommend MIMECast. We have that as our mail service provider. If our exchange system goes bang, the clients can connect over the web. Best of both worlds.
