C# Intellisense tooltip

When I select a class or a method in intellisence Visual Studio displays a tooltip.

How can I create a tooltip for the classes and methods which I create?

Just type three slahes is VS. It'll automaticly convert into a tooltiptext block to something like you can see below in the attached code fragment

        /// A storage container for an Area and an Actor
        /// </summary>
        class AreaActor
        {
            public Actor actor;
            public Area area;
        }
