Unable to drag & drop or copy & paste in Softgrided InDesign

I have been set the task of using Softgrid/App-V to do the whole of the Adobe CS4 suite. So far it's been going OK but I have found that I am unable to drag and drop images into a new InDesign document. They import fine through the menus, but if I copy & paste or drag and drop an image into the document, it doesn't let me. Does anyone have any ideas where the data is held for this task? presumably it's within the protected environment as I am able to do this on a locally installed version. If the location for this could be changed that would be great. I have tried changing the location under EDIT|Preferences|File Handling...|DocRecoveryData but this seems to make no difference.

Found the solution myself. The problem is due to the 'bubble' AppV uses to prevent interaction with the host OS. However, this can be overridden by adding the following into the OSD file:

<VIRTUALENV TERMINATECHILDREN="TRUE">
<ENVLIST/>
<POLICIES>
<LOCAL_INTERACTION_ALLOWED>TRUE</LOCAL_INTERACTION_ALLOWED>
</POLICIES>
</VIRTUALENV>

Reopen the AppV application and (in my case) drag and drop is then allowed but I dare say it opens it for other interaction.
