I was trying to find an old e-mail and loaded a .pst file to try and find it. Well by doing that the file I loaded had old contact info on it. Now I need to get back the Contacts I had on it before. I log on to a domain, and it also send my contact update (or downdate as I cal it) to my Blackberry.

What are you after here, your Contacts restoring? Or your "frequent contacts" (what appears when you start typing in the to: bar) restoring?

contacts can be done via your system administrator from a backup (if your nice to him/her)

Frequent contacts can't, and will need rebuilding either the old fashion way (by emailing people) or by using an editor that doesnt usually work in my experience :)

In your Contacts folder in Outlook?

Speak to your Network Administrator then.

If you don't have one, then sadly you can't do this :(

I do have a contacts folder, the problem is the .pst file I imported has older info. I need to get back to updated one.

I understand.

However, unless you took another backup, or have a corporate email provider (such as the company you work for), you can't just "Undo" this.
