Diagnosing a Stop Code 0x0000000a error on a Windows 2000 server

We have recently replaced & rebuilt a server due to a series of random  Stop Code 0x0000000a errors.
Now, a completely new server (new hardware, new software install) has rebooted itself in th middle of the day with the same problem.
I am unable to attach the resulting minidump file for reference due to Experts Exchange restrictions. If someone can let me know how to get this file to them (64Kb)  and analyze it that would be great.

Do you have any USB devices (other than keyboard and mouse) such as a UPS connected to the server?  I've run into issues a number of times with APC SmartUPSs connected via USB.

We have nothing connected to USB ports - thanks for the suggestion.

Please consider this closed. The issue seems to stem from a conflict between Trend Officescan and proprietary Nortel Symposium telephony software raised to a certain patch level. The same issue has appeared sporadically on two servers and is stable when Officescan is unloaded.
