SBS 2003 KB961143 not installing

I have a SBS 2003 server that fails every time the windows update KB961143 tries to install. I would like to get this installed as it is supposed to fix an issue we are having on the server.  See below for text from the Log files.

Observations:
- SP2 and all updates expect for IE8 are installed.
- The .NET framework v2 and v3.5 are installed.
- From QFE73170 log, "failed to find virtual server id of hostName: companyweb," not sure what this means but I can pull up companyweb from IE on the server.

Is the host header for Companyweb bound to the companyweb site?

I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the Intranet piece of SBS in order to fix this.
