Microsoft CRM 4.0 freezes almost every day and need to do an IISRESET. Anyone have experience with this

Saw another one like this that talked about this being one user's corrupt profile affecting the whole system. wondering how to determine which user and what profile, Outlook?

It may be due to the async service having problems. Check the credentials for that service and also apply rollup 3 for MSCRM from here:

If you had migrated from crm 3.0 to 4.0 you need to install the roll up's

We have applied all rollups. Yes, it was a migration. But that was last summer. This just started happening with regularity in March.
