I am trying to put a chat room onto my site...the problem I have is I get an error that says the following when I try to login:

Keyword not supported: 'premsql2g.brinkster.com;initial catalog'.

What is the deal here?  I was told by Brinkster.com that premsql2g.brinkster.com is the host name for a connectionstring.  Can you guys please help?  This is what I have in the web.config file:

<add key="ConnectionString" value="premsql2g.brinkster.com;Initial Catalog=database;user id=user;password=password"/>

Obviously the initial catalog and the userid/password has been changed.  Can you guys help?  Thanks!

You were missing the word server in the value attribute. Use this one:
<add key="ConnectionString" value="server=premsql2g.brinkster.com;Initial Catalog=database;user id=user;password=password"/>
And for all kinds of connection strings, always resort to this link: http://www.connectionstrings.com/
