How do I remove Go Back from external drive.

After trying to install Go Back and having it freeze my computer, I restored it to factory settings. I had my backups on an external drive and tried to communicate with it to restore all my files and programs. The external drive didn't show on drives. After relaoding drivers, it still didn't show. I then went to BIOS and start up to get to the external drive and found that Go Back was on it also. I tried disabling it and and revert and that froze and wouldn't work. I need to get to my back ups. HELP PLEASE

Check the Symantec site, htey should have a utility there to help remove goback.

If that doesn't help, make yourself a UBCD4WIN, it also includes a GoBack removal tool:
