Flash controls not showing

I have created a flash movie that is supposed to steam the movie.  I have tested it in flash and the controls are there and I made sure that the controls have uploaded to my server and are in the same folder as my movie but when I play the swf on my website the video plays but the controls are not there?

You have to upload the video control skin file, ClearOverAll.swf, to this URL...

Awesome! I thought it needed to be in the same folder as the movie.  I didn't realize that it needed to be in the main folder.

One other question, how could I make it small to start with and then add a click to view in full screen?  Do you know of any good tutorials on how to do that?
