Backup Exec Job Queued

Running Backup Exec 12 and running an incremental and full backup on my file server.  Backing up to disk, not to tape.  Job starts and is then queued.  Paused and un paused the B2D folder in devices but still not working.  Only way to cancel the job is to stop the services...

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

1) Check if there is any warning or alert under ALERTS tab.
2) Same in Event Viewer , Application log
Let me know what do you see there.Include Error code, event id if available

Unfortunately, nothing under Alerts and App log doesn't show anything either.  All other backup jobs are working fine.

Turns out the C: drive didn't have but only 500 MB free so the job was getting queued.  Freed up some space and working now.
