Installing Visual Studio 2005 SP1- Windows installer Error

Hey folks,

I'm reinstalling SP1 for 2005 and keep getting a windows installer message that states "Installer stopped prematurely".  I have backed everything out, reinstalled 3.1 of the installer and still no luck.  

Does anybody have any suggestions?

This did the trick.  Installed new version of Installer and i'm all set up now.  Thanks!
