exchange server can not receive mail from certain email addresses

i have exchange 2003 on 2003 standard edition box.

exchange works fine.

i was told by a user that he was not receiving email from two people.

one address was from and another was from

the mail is not even getting to our server.

i created a onebox account to test and this is the bounce back i immediately get:

i have spoken to our ISP, our DNS host, and onebox support, and no one can help.

any ideas?

It could be a DNS issue, but your records look fine or some type of routing issue.    What would be nice if either company could run a trace route from there systems to see if can hit your mail server IP or dies out before.   Beyond would be difficult to troubleshoot without action on their end.    Then again this could be temporary and resolve itself in a few days.

actually, i reset the firewall from scratch and that fixed the issue....what a headache...thanks!
