ISA 2004 Netlogon error 5719 randomly every few days

We have this netlogon error 5719 on our ISA server ervery few days. The result is that users are prompted for logon credentials when trying to access the internet.
Restarting hte Netlogon service resolves the problem for a few days until it happens again.

I have added the Firewall service dependancy to the Netlogon service but the problem persists. Before adding the dependancy the netlogon service would have error 5719 every day or even more often. Since adding the dependancy the server takes about 20-30min to reboot while alternatively "preparing network connections" and "Applying computer settings". No DNS or other networking settings have been changed since the server was taken into production in 2005.

I am not too bothered by the long reboot time, but am really keen to finally sort out the Netlogon error as it now happens less often but is still a problem.

Has anyone come across this before and been able to fix it?

We have resolved the issue. The communication to the DC's was not working properly.
Solved problem by:
1.) adding our domain name to the LMHOSTS file pointing to the primary DC
2.) settig up a rule on our ISA Server(runs on single NIC) firwall to enable all :
DNS, ICMP,Kerebos,LDAP,NetBios,Ping,RDP,Rlogin and RPC traffic between ISA and DC Vlans & local host to local host.

I hope this helps anyone else.
