Hi

Twice now users have deleted entire folders from BOE XI R2 from within Info Viewer!  I need to know how to allow users to drill down, manipulate and run reports but NOT enable them to delete anything!   I am in a bind....need help quickly...

Thanks in advance.

In CMC, navigate to the particular group that you need to deny the delete rights to. Change his rights and deny the rights for following:

Delete objects
Delete objects that the user owns

That should resolve that issue
