Exchange Has Trouble With System Attendant

I'm getting e-mails to my exchange account saying the system attendant can't get an e-mail.  Below is the message.  How can I fix this?  This is a fresh install of Exchange 2003 Enterprise

If it matters, the mailboxes are kept on a new store created on a second hdd, and the MailBox Store on the First Storage Group is not mounted.  This is to allow all mailboxes to reside on the second drive which is an iscsi drive protected by snapshots.

Thank you.  After switching the store SA is in, I stopped getting the e-mails.
