what is the maximum size of the cache on sms CLIENT. what is the maximume ?

The reason I ask is that I have a package close to 3 GB that I want to advertise?

max cache is the max size of the clients HDD...
3gb is nothing... set your cache to 10gb and you'll be fine for that and most other packages. (unless you start going for adobe cs4 or something, in which case you might need 15-20gb)
