When creating an appointment I get a "Just-in-time debugging" error.  When I open Microsoft Visual Studio Debugger I get this message: "Microsoft Jscript runtime error:  'VEMap' is undefined."  The 2 alternative solutions posted for someone with an identical problem on 4/28/09 (?) did not work for me.  (They suggested to open Outlook via "Start-Run-outlook.exe /cleanprofile"  or "Start-Run-outlook.exe /safe.)
The offending line in the script editor is the first one listed in the code attached to this question.
vemap = new VEMap('myMap');

        // Initialize the map to be centered on Wichita, Kansas, zoom leve 4, road style, non-static

        vemap.LoadMap(new VELatLong(37.6869860097981, -97.3355573711802), 4, VEMapStyle.Road, false, Msn.VE.API.Globals.vemapmode, true);

        vemap.Resize(GetWindowWidth(),GetWindowHeight());

        vemap.AttachEvent("onclick", OnCtxtMenu);

        vemap.AttachEvent("onchangeview", OnMapViewChanged);

        vemap.RequestQueueEnabled=false;

	logLeoLaunch();

I solved it myself.  It was Microsoft's Outlook Live Search Add-in to the Calendar.  It was causing the bug.  By deleting the add-in the bug went with it!  I hardly ever used that add-in anyway through appointment in Outlook's calendar.
