Error 8197 and 4001 in newly installed exchange server

I have the below errors  after I deleted and created a new storage group in another drive.
event ID:8197
Error initializing session for virtual machine X2K7. The error number is 0x80040111. Make sure Microsoft Exchange Store is running. Also, make sure that there is a valid public folder database on the Exchange server.

Evenmt ID : 4001
A transient failure has occurred. The problem may resolve itself in awhile. The service will retry in 56 seconds. Diagnostic information:

I created another storage group and database (temporary) in e: drive and moved all the mailboxes  to it and deleted the first storage group and recreated in e: drive and removed the temperory created group

Second storage group I change the database file path to e drive

I think there is some to be done after recreation/change database file path of storage groups.

We get the 4001 event if the System Attendant mailbox is not connected.
For that you would have to check if you can see the SA mailbox.

Also you would not see the SA mailbox in the EMC so the only way you can see it is through Exchange Shell.
So, run the command Get-Mailbox -MailboxStatistics and see if you can see the SA mailbox.
The reason why we are getting this might be because of you deleted the FSG as there is only one SA mailbox on one server and it resides on the First Mailbox Store.

I think it is deleted from the database. I there any way we can recreate it. there is only mailbox apart from I created.

cool open Adsiedit and go to Configuration partition and expand Microsoft Exchange and ORG name and AG name and servers and you would see Microsoft System Attendant. Go to the properties and let me know.

Perfect, now locate home MDB and just note the vale in notepad. Also expand Information Store and SG and go to the properties of the Store and locate Distinguish Name and copy that to the notepad as well and just show me the screen shot again.. thanks and would say it good working with you.

Go to the properties of the "Microsoft System Attendant" and there is an attribut named as Proxy address, manually wirte it in the notepad and then send an email to it and then after 5 mins run the command Get-Mailbox -MailboxStatistics and see if you can see the SA mailbox.

8197 is for MSExchangeFBPublish if i'm not wrong. Its not an issue but it can be if

1. PF store is not mounted
2. PF store is not connected to a PF tree
3. FB should be working
4. OAB should be attached to the Mailbox store (this might be worng as you have re-created the store)
5. Mailbox store should be pointing to its Default PF store (this might be worng as you have re-created the store)

Did you re-create the PF store as well.

Go to the properties of Mailbox Store and on to client settings and to verify that the PF store is connected to PF tree go to the properties of the PF store and verify the same.

What should be the setting in 'public folder referral' tab  in the properties of PF.
As of now it is 'active directory site cost'

I think it is solved automatic after the SA problem solved.
as that error  didn't come after the the SA problem is fixed.
It use to come every half an hour. Now it is more than 1 hour. it didn't come
