Hi,
I have a lot of users in my company who work between 2 different sites and use different pc's everyday, is there a way of setting up Outlook so that what ever site or pc they log into it will do an auto config instead of manually having to do each user, we have web mail and this is would work except some functiality is lost using it
Thanks

May be a group policy for user so that as he logs into the domain the policy would run and he can have soem default settings.

I would say that its  agood option as it would be specific to a user ir-respective of the machine that he would be using.

Hiii,

You can try by creating a Roaming profile for that user in the Domain controller and also before creating it  keep a shortcut icon for MS outlook on users desktop, so that when ever he login to any client machine with his domain user crediantial he will get his profile.

Thanks,
Praveen
