Hi

We are running McAfee VS 8.5i

I have an alert set up to notify me if a virus is detected and not removed.

Occasionally, I get these, but when I check the On-Access Scanner log on the actual machine, it says the virus has been Deleted.

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi Joe
What version of ePO are you using ?

What happens if you download the eicar test file from www.eicar.com, do you get a notification then ?

Thanks
Simon
