Hi
I have insalled a new BES 5.0 server and would like to move user from BES 4.1 to BES 5.0 (both are using the same SRPid). According to the installation guide, if i use bulk mode in Microsoft Exchange environment the "ServerConfig.ServiceName" in the source and destination domain must be the same. I would like to know how to change the servicename? if i change both BES4.1 and BES5.1 server to the same computer name it will be a conflict. Thanks a lot

Hi, if you have two BES servers running the same SRP ID and both servers have the router service enabled you will lock out both servers.
