Cannot open Microsoft Dynamics SL 6.5

I just reloaded a notebook for one of my users and after I installed Dynamics 6.5 I receive this message on startup of program:

System Message 9827  There is an inconsistency between the SQL Server Login IDs and their passwords with the passwords stored in the Solomon System Database.  Please have the System Administrator run Database Maintenance and update the database using the Synchronize All Ownership & Security Update Scenario.

Now, I've done the Synchronize and its done nothing.  I've reinstalled everything, ran a registry cleanup and I still get the same message.

In SQL Server run sp_change_users_login 'report', if any results come back there is an orphaned user.

To fix, run teh above, but change 'report' for 'update_one', 'youuser', 'youruser'
