win doesnt start if it start moniter will be turn off in 2 minutes.
whats your idea about this issue ?

i tried,but it happend again
is it possible problem caused by AGP or Mainboard ?

Is your video card an on board or a separate card? It could be a Video card issue.

That suggests hardware. Does the computer have an onboard VGA port, or can you get your hands on another card? Is the card AGP?

mainboard is P5B and dont have onboard vga.
the Card Is PCI

Maybe. can you move the card to a different PCI slot? You could also try the card in another computer.
