Wrong mailto: address shows up from Blackberry replies

I have a User named KFOX that sends out Emails.  When they have someone reply to their Email from a Blackberry it shows up with another Users address from the Company.  This only happens when someone replies to an Email from a Blackberry.  I have pasted in an example of what happens altering the personal info.  If you look at the example you can see how it puts in his Email address on the Bottom left as it should.  You can also see how it puts in Cathy's Email address as well, which is the issue.  Any thoughts on what causes this and is there anything I can do about it?

Are you using a BES or is this BIS?

I am going to go out on a limb and say you use Blackberrry Internet Service (BIS).  If so, you should first check the the Reply To: field when you log into the BIS site, and go to edit the email you should see the Reply To: field.  You can change that to the correct email address if it is incorrect.

They are using Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) for the Users that have Blackberries.  I will have the User check to see if their "Reply To: field" has the wrong address in it and let you know what I find. Thanks so far for your ideas and help.
After further review I find that this is not the issue.  This is happening to any Blackberry User that replies to Emails.  I just attached the one example so everyone could see with their own eyes what it is actually inserting.  I did however log into the Blackberry site for the User in the example and verified that they have nothing in the "Reply To: field" as you mentioned.

In my guesstamation on this I think its some kind of Exchange 2007 issue, any more thoughts on this Experts?  Is this too much of a Brain Buster?
Hi, can you edit one of the users BIS accounts and ensure that the Name and Reply to fields are populated?  Also how is the device set to collect email? The recommended method is configuring the BIS account to collect email via OWA integration.
garycutri, This happens to all Blackberry Users not just the Internal ones.  If KFOX emails an external User (a client) and the Client responds to the Email with their Blackberry it does the same thing.  I do not think that this is the right direction due to we cannot control all of the external Users Blackberries.  Again I believe this is some type of Exchange issue, but I could be wrong and I look for you for ideas.  I have bumped the Points value on this to the Max.  Please help!!
Sorry I must have misunderstood the issue.  So you are saying this user sends an email from the Desktop (e.g. Outlook) and if an email is sent to any BlackBerry user the reply address is incorrect?
garycutri,

Yes that is correct, for any Blackberry User that replies to KFOX's Emails.  This is my first time posting a question on this forum so I might not have phrased the question in the best way.  Please let me know if there is any other info you need that might not be listed already.
Assuming you have Exchange 2003 open Active Directory and open KFOX's properties and from the Email Addresses tab check all the listed email addresses.  If everything looks OK check the users Outlook to ensure they havent got multiple email accounts setup as this may allow the users to send from different email accounts.
garycutri, I hate to bring this to your attention as you are trying to help but I did list this under Exchange 2007.  However they do have an Active Directory structure setup.  I also have checked what you mentioned and was not able to find any issues there. I logged into his Outlook and verified that nobody else was setup.  This idea seems to be a dead end.
As the user is sending emails from the desktop and you say this is happening to only BlackBerry devices within and outside your company it is EXTREMLY strange.  On Exchange 2007 > Open Exchange Management Console > Select Recipient Configuration > Select Mailbox > Open Properties for the user > Verify the details on the Email Addresses tab.  If you want I can setup a test BIS account\device and you can get the user to email me as from what you are saying the email address will appear OK on my desktop but only the BlackBerry will have the wrong reply address.
garycutri,

I have checked the Properties in the Email addresses tab and everything looks right to me.  Just to reiterate the issue again.  KFOX sends out an Email to someone Internal or External (does not matter, anyone with a Blackberry) and if the Blackberry User replies from his Blackberry KFOX receives the Reply back from that User with the "mail to: cathy" inserted at the bottom of his Email.  He receives the example I first posted with the question.
Does KFOX have any delegates set up in their Outlook?

KFOX does not have any delegates as I have checked that.  I will check the Signature in the morning and will let you know what I find after testing.  Thanks for your help.
Thanks for your help on this as you were correct on the signature file.  I was trying to figure out how that was setup that way.  The only thing I can think of is that KFOX copied Cathy's Signature file and did not delete her Hyperlink completely.  Again I appreciate your help on this, thanks
