Outlook generating a 554 Transaction Failed

An user of mine is having trouble sending emails.  If she gets an email, she's able to respond to it.  If she tries to create an email and send it, she immediately gets an undeliverable message with the 554 Transaction failed error in it.  I check the internet headers and there is no information as to what generated the email message.  At the moment, she is the only person having this issue.  Could MX Logic best stopping her emails as spam?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

what mode are you in in outlook connected or online mode?  if you are in connected mode then try switching into online mode.
