Hi guys, we're running Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2003. One of my users try to connect to a public calendar, it will hang for a while (bottom right will show "trying to connect") before she can access it. There will be at least a 20 sec pause. After that it will be fine. THis problem will reappear everytime she closes and then launch her Outlook. I've tried cache mode and without it. Same problem. I have also created a new profile for her. Same problem. Does re-installing Outlook help? If so, how do I do a total clean uninstallation of outlook?
