Outlook 2003 is slow when opening Public Calendar

Hi guys, we're running Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2003. One of my users try to connect to a public calendar, it will hang for a while (bottom right will show "trying to connect") before she can access it. There will be at least a 20 sec pause. After that it will be fine. THis problem will reappear everytime she closes and then launch her Outlook. I've tried cache mode and without it. Same problem. I have also created a new profile for her. Same problem. Does re-installing Outlook help? If so, how do I do a total clean uninstallation of outlook?

If you want to reinstall Outlook go to add remove programs and wipe out the complete Office or while removing just select the Outlook. Is this a problem with just one user.

YEah I know go to add/remove program but that will leave certain settings behind. This is a problem with one user. Any other possible solutions?
If you remove from Add\Remove it will wipe off all the stuff. Once uninstalled you can try to dod a search in windows explorer with the outlook word and see if there is anything.
