We are running Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 and have a number of Citrix Policies that are applied at logon to map printers within the users session. Within the last few weeks a number of users have been complaining that when they have logged-in they can't see any printers within their Citrix session. This problem appears to be very random as some days there are no problems with some users and at other times the problem re-appears. The printers within the policy are applied based on Group Membership and there are definately no problems with users not being in the correct group. The problem also seems to resolve itself if the user logs-out and back in again. Of course there is the ususal gritting of teeth when you ask them to do this every time the phone with the problem.
