Ive had a number that i have discussed on this forum to do with Citrix and printing. i have conquered most of the issues now but i have one remaining issue. I have 20 or so users that connect to a published desktop on 2 Citrix servers. They are VPN users that have a range of HP deskjet printers. At some point in the day someone is connecting (whether its a LAN user or remote user) and they are crashing the CPSVC service. <br />

I cannot find out who are and when this is happening as the event vwr has no info regarding the issue. <br />

Anyone got any ideas of how i can trace this crash?
