weak SSL ciphers And SSL version 3

I have a few questions regarding SSL security And IIS:

1.   How can i disable weak SSL ciphers
                      Server : Windows 2003
                      SSL Cert : Verisgn 2.0
2.   How easy is it to upgrade to SSL 3.0 and will it have any impact on the SSL's currently installed on the website.
2. Is it possible to update the version of IIS that comes with windows 2003 ?

I think this is what you're talking about:

Your server should already support ssl 3.0.  It's up to the client browser to select the version so I beleive most if not all modern browsers use 3.0 by default.  Only the older browsers will try to use 2.0.

No, you cannot update your IIS version.
