Problem with Roles erroring on Server 2008

Good day have Windows Server 2008 with Hyper-V role installed all was working well and I am not sure what has happened but I cannot view my roles I get the following error message "unexpected error refreshing server manager no signature was present in the subject" I have placed a screen shot of the error as well.  Anyone have any idea what I did to cause this?

Been through that and it didnt help  I have posted my log files on a couple sites with no go yet.  Here are my logs of the cbs and servermanger logs I cannot get the checksur.log to create for some reason it says it will run a scan after running the system update readiness tool but i never see it doing that
